Orders/Purchases

You can shop by e-mail or via our online shop. We currently deliver to EU countries, UK and Switzerland.

If you wish to return goods to us, this must always be free of charge. We cannot accept carriage forward shipments. In justified cases we will refund the postage immediately. Please inform us before returning the goods so that we can discuss the modalities. The right of revocation does not apply to orders placed by companies and self-employed persons who order goods for professional purposes.

Prices

We reserve the right to change prices and conditions at any time. The price calculation shall be based on the price valid on the day of delivery. In the event of obvious calculation errors, we shall be entitled to subsequent claims. Our prices include VAT and do not include packaging costs.

Delivery

The shipping cost share for domestic orders in Germany is currently € 3.50 for orders up to a value of € 75.00. The shipping cost share for orders to other EU countries and Switzerland is currently € 6.50.

Deliveries to addresses other than the invoice address are possible without surcharge.

From € 75,00 order value we deliver free of shipping costs.

Customs clearance, customs duties and taxes

For shipments abroad, import fees, handling costs and taxes may apply, which are levied once a shipment has reached the destination country. We have no control over these fees and cannot provide any information about their amount. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. For further information please contact your local customs authorities.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We deliver against payment by bank transfer and DIRECTebanking.

APPLICABLE LAW

The business and legal relations shall be governed exclusively by German law.
